Each created pipeline gets a unique pipeline key (unique to the library). variants use the same key.
The pipeline key is associated with a structure that contains all allocated descriptor sets of that particular layout. When "Reseting" a descriptor pool, we keep all of the existing descriptor sets and reuse them instead of resetting the pool.
We still maintain a limit to the number of pools.
